In this solution, SiCRON utilized MayTec aluminum profile to create the guarding for the Denso 6  axis robot, which is mounted to a SiCRON Automation Series base.  Additional features of this application included a 1” thick cast aluminum tooling plate, safety interlock switches on all guard doors and mounting provisions for the robot controls.
